• We present each dress with its real photographs, its fabric, the shade in which it is shown and its size chart. Shades may look slightly different depending on the screen you use.
• Prices are shown in lei and are the final prices you pay for the product. Alice Design is not registered for VAT. The cost of delivery is shown separately before you complete your order (courier delivery is currently free).
• A reduced price is shown next to the previous price. The previous price is the lowest price applied in the 30 days before the reduction.
• For some styles, stock is limited to the size shown as available. Other sizes can be made to order (section 5).

You choose the product and the size, add it to your bag and complete the order with your delivery details and payment method. The button for placing the order signifies your obligation to pay. Once the order is placed, you automatically receive an email confirming that it has been registered. The contract is considered concluded when we confirm the order (by telephone or by email). We reserve the right to refuse an order in the event of an obvious pricing error or if the product is unavailable; in that case we will let you know and refund in full any amount you have paid.

• Payment on delivery (cash on delivery): you pay the courier, in cash or by card, when you receive the parcel.
• Bank transfer: to the account of SC ALICE DESIGN ATELIER SRL, IBAN RO16 BTRL RONC RT06 0714 7201, Banca Transilvania, with the order number as the reference. The order is processed once the payment has reached our account.
• In the showroom you can pay in cash or by the methods available on site.

We do not charge any additional fees for the payment methods.

• We can make dresses to order, to your measurements, in another shade or with changes to the design. Before work begins, we agree together, in writing (by email or message), the design, the measurements, the materials, the price, the making time and the deposit.
• For dresses made to order, a deposit of 50% of the price is paid when the order is confirmed; the balance is paid on completion, before delivery or when you collect the dress from the atelier.
• These dresses are made to your specifications and are excluded from the right of withdrawal, in accordance with Article 16(c) of Government Emergency Ordinance (OUG) no. 34/2014. If you cancel the order after it has been confirmed, the deposit is retained to cover the materials purchased and the work already carried out.
• A dress made to order is covered by the legal guarantee of conformity. If it does not match the agreed specifications, we will alter it or remake it at no additional cost.

We deliver free of charge, by FAN Courier, throughout Romania. Ready-to-wear dresses usually arrive within approximately 48 working hours of the order being confirmed; for dresses made to order, the delivery time is the one agreed at confirmation. The maximum delivery time for products in stock is 30 days from the conclusion of the contract. The risk of loss of or damage to the products passes to you when you (or a person you have designated) take physical possession of them. Details on the Delivery page.

For products bought online from stock, in standard sizes, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving them, without giving any reason, using the online function “Withdraw from the contract here” or the model withdrawal form. The direct cost of returning the products is borne by you. Full details, including the exceptions, on the Returns page.

We are liable for any lack of conformity that exists at the time of delivery and becomes apparent within 2 years of delivery, in accordance with OUG no. 140/2021. You are entitled to have the product brought into conformity by repair or replacement within no more than 15 calendar days of the date on which you informed us or, if this is not possible, to a proportionate reduction in the price or to termination of the contract. Normal wear and tear and damage caused by wearing, washing or improper care do not constitute a lack of conformity.

Appointments for fittings in the showroom and for alterations, cleaning and pressing services are arranged directly with the atelier. The prices shown for services are indicative; the final price is set after the dress has been examined.

The texts, photographs, design and graphic elements of the website belong to Alice Design or are used with the consent of their owners. They may not be copied or used for commercial purposes without our written consent.

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy policy. The use of cookies is described in our Cookie policy; you can change your choice at any time under “Cookie settings”, in the footer of the website.

You can send us any complaint at Email or on Telefon; we reply within 30 days at the latest. If we cannot find a solution together, you may contact the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC, anpc.ro) or use the alternative dispute resolution procedure (SAL). The contract is governed by Romanian law; any disputes will be settled by the competent courts in Romania.

We may update these terms; each order is governed by the version in force on the date it was placed.
