What cookies are and what other technologies we use.
Cookies are small files that a website saves in your browser. The site also uses your browser’s local storage for the favourites list, under the key alice-bridal-selection-v1. The list stays in your browser until you delete it. If you are signed in to a customer account, the list is also saved to your account on our server.
What happens before you choose.
Cookies and similar technologies are used in accordance with Romanian Law no. 506/2004 on the processing of personal data and the protection of privacy in the electronic communications sector.
Until you make a choice, only strictly necessary cookies are used on the site. However, Google Analytics and Google Ads load in Google Consent Mode v2 “advanced”: the Google library (gtag.js) loads with all consent types set to “denied”. In this state, Google receives signals without statistics or advertising cookies and without advertising personalisation data. The same happens after you choose “Necessary only”.
The Meta Pixel does not load until you accept the marketing category. Statistics cookies are set only after you accept statistics, and marketing cookies only after you accept marketing.
Our internal counter of traffic sources (where visits and orders come from) does not use cookies and does not store IP addresses. It keeps only daily totals by source and page, for 6 months.
Strictly necessary cookies.
These are used only for what you ask for: the basket, the order, security and remembering your cookie choice. We do not need your consent for them.

Marketing cookies (only with your consent).
These are used to measure advertising and to show more relevant ads on Google and on Facebook or Instagram. They are set only if you accept the “Marketing” category.

Meta attributes orders and appointments to adverts the user clicked within the last 7 days. For orders and appointments, Meta also receives data sent from our server, not only through cookies. See our Privacy policy for details.
Third-party content.
The map on the contact page loads from Google Maps only after you click on it. From that moment, Google may set its own cookies, in line with Google’s policy.
How to change or withdraw your consent.
- You can change your choice at any time from the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of the site, or from the button at the top of this page.
- When you withdraw consent for statistics or for marketing, we delete the cookies in that category from your browser (sbjs_*, _ga*, _gcl*, _fbp, _fbc), and the page reloads.
- You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies, the basket and checkout will not work.
