STATEMENT SENT
We have received your withdrawal.
What happens after withdrawal.
- Send the products back within 14 days of the date of your statement, to Alice Design, Calea Moșilor 100, Bucharest, Sector 2, Romania, in the condition in which you received them, with the labels attached. The cost of return shipping is borne by you.
- We refund the amount paid for the products, including the cost of standard delivery (if any), within 14 days of receiving your statement at the latest. We may withhold the refund until we have received the products back or until you have sent us proof that you have shipped them, whichever is earlier.
- We refund using the same payment method you used for the order; for cash on delivery or bank transfer, to the IBAN account you give us.
- You are liable only for any diminished value of the products resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning (for example, signs of wear, make-up, perfume, removed labels).
When the right of withdrawal does not apply.
Under Article 16(c) of OUG no. 34/2014, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to your specifications or clearly personalised: dresses made to order, to your measurements, in another shade or with changes you requested. For these products, the rules in our Terms and conditions, section “Dresses made to order”, apply. The legal guarantee of conformity remains valid for all products.
