Delivery times.
- Ready-to-wear dresses and accessories: usually within approximately 48 working hours of the order being confirmed. The maximum delivery time is 30 days from the conclusion of the contract; if we cannot meet it, we will let you know and you may cancel the order, with a full refund of the amount paid.
- Dresses made to order: the time agreed together when the order is confirmed, depending on the design and its complexity.
- Delivery outside Romania: the delivery time and the shipping cost depend on the country; we confirm both by telephone.
How delivery works.
- Once the order is confirmed, we call or write to you to check the size and the address.
- The parcel is handed to FAN Courier together with the invoice; you receive the AWB tracking number. The courier contacts you on the day of delivery.
- With cash on delivery, you pay the amount directly to the courier, in cash or by card, when you receive the parcel.
- Please check the parcel when you receive it. If the packaging is damaged, tell the courier and let us know the same day.
Collection from the showroom.
You can also collect the dress in person from the Alice Design showroom, Calea Moșilor 100, Bucharest, Sector 2, during opening hours, after arranging it by telephone on Telefon.
