Products from stock, standard sizes: 14 days.
For products bought online from stock, in standard sizes, you have 14 calendar days from receipt to withdraw from the contract, without penalty and without giving a reason. The simplest way to send your withdrawal statement is the online withdrawal form; you can also use the model form, by email.
- Send the products back within 14 days of your withdrawal statement, to Calea Moșilor 100, Bucharest, Sector 2, Romania. The cost of return shipping is borne by you.
- The products must be in the condition in which you received them: unworn, unwashed, free of make-up or perfume marks, with all labels attached and, as far as possible, in their original packaging.
- We refund the value of the products and the cost of standard delivery (if any) within 14 days of receiving your statement at the latest, using the same payment method or, for cash on delivery and bank transfer, to the IBAN account you give us. We may withhold the refund until we receive the products or proof that they have been shipped.
- If the returned product shows signs of wear or damage beyond simple inspection, we may deduct the diminished value of the product from the amount refunded.
Dresses made to order, to your measurements.
Dresses made to your specifications (to your measurements, in another shade, with changes you requested) are excluded from the right of withdrawal, under Article 16(c) of OUG no. 34/2014, and cannot be returned. Before we begin work, we confirm the design, the measurements, the making time and the deposit with you. If you cancel the order after we have started making the dress, the deposit is retained to cover the materials and the work, as set out in our Terms and conditions.
Products bought in the showroom.
For products bought directly in the showroom, the law does not provide a right of withdrawal. As our own policy, we accept an exchange or return within 24 hours of purchase, provided the product is in the condition in which it was bought, with the labels attached.
Non-conforming or faulty products.
All products, including those made to order, are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity for 2 years from delivery (OUG no. 140/2021). If the product does not match your order or has a defect, contact us as soon as possible on Telefon or at Email, with the order number and photographs. In this case the shipping cost is borne by us. You are entitled to have the product brought into conformity (repair or replacement) within no more than 15 calendar days of the date on which you informed us and, if this is not possible, to a price reduction or to termination of the contract with a full refund.
