In case of any difference, the Romanian version prevails.<\/p>\n\n<p>For products bought online, in standard sizes, from the Alice Design stock, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within <strong>14 calendar days<\/strong> of the date on which you received the product, without giving a reason for your decision (OUG no. 34\/2014). Fill in the form below: after you press \u201cContinue\u201d, you check your details and send the statement with the <strong>\u201cConfirm withdrawal\u201d<\/strong> button. The cost of return shipping is borne by you.<\/li>\n<li>We refund the amount paid for the products, including the cost of standard delivery (if any), within 14 days of receiving your statement at the latest. We may withhold the refund until we have received the products back or until you have sent us proof that you have shipped them, whichever is earlier.<\/li>\n<li>We refund using the same payment method you used for the order; for cash on delivery or bank transfer, to the IBAN account you give us.<\/li>\n<li>You are liable only for any diminished value of the products resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning (for example, signs of wear, make-up, perfume, removed labels).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2>When the right of withdrawal does not apply<\/h2>\n<p>Under Article 16(c) of OUG no. 34\/2014, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to your specifications or clearly personalised: dresses made <strong>to order, to your measurements<\/strong>, in another shade or with changes you requested. For these products, the rules in our <a href=\"\/termeni-si-conditii\/\">Terms and conditions<\/a>, section \u201cDresses made to order\u201d, apply.
