We want your dress to be exactly the one you wished for. Below you will find, in brief, how returns work at Alice Design, in accordance with OUG no. 34/2014 on consumer rights and OUG no. 140/2021 on the guarantee of conformity.

Withdraw from the contract here ↗

For products bought online from stock, in standard sizes, you have 14 calendar days from receipt to withdraw from the contract, without penalty and without giving a reason. The simplest way to send your withdrawal statement is the online withdrawal form; you can also use the model form, by email.

Dresses made to your specifications (to your measurements, in another shade, with changes you requested) are excluded from the right of withdrawal, under Article 16(c) of OUG no. 34/2014, and cannot be returned. Before we begin work, we confirm the design, the measurements, the making time and the deposit with you. If you cancel the order after we have started making the dress, the deposit is retained to cover the materials and the work, as set out in our Terms and conditions.

For products bought directly in the showroom, the law does not provide a right of withdrawal. As our own policy, we accept an exchange or return within 24 hours of purchase, provided the product is in the condition in which it was bought, with the labels attached.

All products, including those made to order, are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity for 2 years from delivery (OUG no. 140/2021). If the product does not match your order or has a defect, contact us as soon as possible on 0763 999 950 or at mail@alice-design.ro, with the order number and photographs. In this case the shipping cost is borne by us. You are entitled to have the product brought into conformity (repair or replacement) within no more than 15 calendar days of the date on which you informed us and, if this is not possible, to a price reduction or to termination of the contract with a full refund.

SC ALICE DESIGN ATELIER SRL, Calea Moșilor 100, Bucharest, Sector 2, Romania · Telephone 0763 999 950 · mail@alice-design.ro. We reply to complaints within 30 days at the latest. If we cannot reach a solution, you may contact the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC, anpc.ro) or the alternative dispute resolution bodies (SAL).

This English version is provided for convenience.
